Begin looking nine to twelve months ahead if your date falls between June and September. You may still find the right person later, but the choice becomes narrower—especially when the ceremony begins in the middle of the day and blocks the whole Saturday.
For weekdays and intimate ceremonies
Three to six months gives you planning room, and short-notice dates can work when the calendar is open. Send your preferred coverage hours with the date so we can check the whole plan, including travel.
The fastest way to get a useful answer is to send the date, ceremony time, location and rough guest count in the first note. If those four things fit, a short call and a signed agreement can secure the date within a day.
